Useful information about your sunny holiday

Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10 a.m. Depending on availability and for a fee of €50.00, late check-out until 7 p.m. is possible.

Once your holiday booking has been confirmed, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay to our bank account. You’ll find all the details you need in the “Bank details” box.

• If you need to rebook or cancel your stay due to travel restrictions, no cancellation fees apply (money-back guarantee).
• Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival is free of charge. The paid deposit will be returned or can be used for a future holiday.
• Cancellation from 89 to 31 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price of your stay.
• Cancellation from 30 to 8 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price of your stay.
• Cancellation from 7 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price of your stay.
• In the event of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, we charge a fee of 90% of the total price of your stay for the days booked but not spent with us.
• In any case, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are rebooked in full or in part. The same applies to early departure.
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code): Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Children’s discounts only apply if there are two full-paying guests and for children staying in their parents’ room.

• Children up to two years old stay free of charge.
• Children from three to six years old receive a discount of 50% of the total rate.
• Children from seven to 13 years old receive a discount of 30% of the total rate.
• Children from 14 years old (or if an additional bed is used) receive a discount of 20% of the total rate.

You’re welcome to bring your four-legged companion with you to our hotel in Siusi allo Sciliar. We charge €15.00 per dog and day. Please understand that your darling is not allowed to accompany you into the dining room or the wellness area.
